I haven't been on in months really. Basically I've been bouncing around on large contracts for a non-profit and Umass. Now that November is fast approaching I'll finally have some serious down time, to actually do more of what I want to do. In the process I managed to learn ASP. It’s funny but I’m becoming more of a web developer than a designer. But you gotta role with life so, heh.
I did my first sketch in like 4 months the other day and it was just painful. Won't be taking a break like that gain for a while. lol. But it feels good to have the time again to do the things I love.
So today is the big day. In just about 2 hours I'll be walking across stage and be an official graduate of Gibbs. Still in a sort of shock about the whole thing, but it's definitely been worth it. Holding the degree will soothe some of the edges off of the past couple months. I'm glad I'm done, but I'll always appreciate my school, and my instructors. They are good peoples.

While the degree itself doesn't make you a designer (I think your heart and dedication do), I sure did get a lot out of it so for that I'm grateful.
